SSC Opening Day 2026: Emergency Food Bank

Join Stockton Service Corps for Opening Day at the Emergency Food Bank, our biggest celebration of the year! This event marks the official launch of our new class of Service Fellows as they begin their year of service through AmeriCorps and community-based programs including the Emergency Food Bank, Changeist, Ampact, California Justice Leaders, Improve Your Tomorrow, College Corps, and Climate Action Corps.

Opening Day brings together Service Fellows, community members, alumni, and partners for a morning of connection, celebration, and hands-on service. You'll hear from inspiring speakers, enjoy a yummy brunch, take part in a community connections activity, and roll up your sleeves to support hands-on service projects at the Emergency Food Bank.
